Greece is undoubtedly one of the most romantic destinations on earth. Being the top hotspot among honeymooners, Greece has it all living up to romantic expectations. The breathtaking beaches for sunset watching and the picturesque towns for a romantic hand-in-hand afternoon stroll, every step you take in Greece makes a romantic remark. With an exciting spread of authentic food and a plethora of historic sites to visit, there is never a dull moment you spend with your loved one in Greece.
Sometimes, the struggle could be between buying air ticket from a third-party ticketing websites (which usually offer lower price) OR from the official airline website (often at a higher price, but the after sales service is guaranteed).
Our advice is to play safe. If the airfare isn't much of a difference, we would definitely purchase the tickets from official websites. In that case, we know our rights as consumers are protected, in any circumstance.
The IATA code for Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos is ATH.
