Mushroom & Minced Pork Rice Bowl
2 Dried shiitake mushrooms
120g Minced Pork
60g Fried Shallot
1 tbsp Five spiced powder
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1 cup Rice wine
Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms until softened.
Dice into small cubes.Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry the shiitake mushroom cubes until fragrant. Add in minced pork and fry until the pork is cooked thorough, and then add in all the seasoning and fried shallots.
Continue to cook until the gravy thickens to the consistency preferred.
