After a long tiring day at work, you need a quick dinner to satisfy your hunger and soul. Let us introduce you this quick fix! (There's nothing a good rice bowl wouldn't fix!)

Mushroom & Minced Pork Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 Dried shiitake mushrooms

  • 120g Minced Pork

  • 60g Fried Shallot

Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp Five spiced powder

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • 1 cup Rice wine

Method:

  1. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms until softened.

  2. Dice into small cubes.Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry the shiitake mushroom cubes until fragrant. Add in minced pork and fry until the pork is cooked thorough, and then add in all the seasoning and fried shallots.

  3. Continue to cook until the gravy thickens to the consistency preferred.

It is, really, making us salivate again.
