Our second flight with Ryanair was completely on time. Upon our arrival at Marseilles Airport tho, the signage wasn't good enough and we were left wandering around to seek for car rental booth. We ended up spending more time that we've expected to collect the car.
It's okay, not a big deal! I wouldn't say that driving in France was the easiest thing to do. French people do get a little bit pushy when it comes to driving. Oh yeah, and it's expensive to use their motorways. We were slightly taken aback by their toll rate. Gone were the days of driving along toll-free motorways.
However, we must admit that the view along the way was breathtaking. With the amazing view of sunset, it literally calmed us down. Billy received quite a good news prior to our departure from Porto. So we thought it was a great idea to celebrate it in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. We ordered dishes which were served on a bed of seasonal vegetables. The pleasure of eating cooked vegetables was priceless.
Night time in Saint-Rémy was quiet. Apart from the busy restaurants lining along the streets of old town, we didn't see many people on the street. Good place to explore tho!
Not too much to say about this day as we spent almost half of the day travelling. The good thing about this day? Definitely the news from Malaysia!
